RETURNS
You may return any unused item(s) within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund. A RMA number is required. Please email iiSports@iiSports.com for assistance. This will help you avoid an unnecessary delay and ensure your satisfaction.
Use the original carton and pack the merchandise securely. Enclose the invoice with a brief explanation for the return/exchange. Ship the package prepaid via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We do not accept return merchandise shipped COD.
A 20% restocking fee applies on all returns or items with a manufactured warranty, please follow the instructions specified by the manufacturer.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
You may return any unused item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund. Authorization is needed, and a call to our Customer Service (310-715-6800) may help you avoid an unnecessary return.
Use the original carton and pack the merchandise securely. Clearly mark the outside of the carton ***CONTENTS - RETURN GOODS OF U.S. ORIGIN***. Enclose the invoice with a brief explanation for the return/exchange. Ship the package prepaid, we do not accept return merchandise shipped COD.

Shipping charges are NOT discounted & NOT negotiable.

We ship Monday-Friday. NO shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after order has left our warehouse.
We CANNOT sell Airsoft Guns where prohibited by law.
We CANNOT sell Paintball Markers where prohibited by law.
YOU MUST consult your local authorities for legal restrictions in your area.
It is the buyer’s responsibility, not iiSports, to comply with all local regulations!
POLICY
Unless stated in the above item description, all new, unused items come with our standard 30 Day Guarantee which warrants items to be free of defects in materials & workmanship for 30 days! (Many items come with additional Manufacturer's warrantees, which can cover defects up to one year). BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING PRODUCT AT THE BUYER'S COST.
DVDs, Videos, Books, Paintballs, and Under Garment Attire can only be returned if DEFECTIVE.
