I've ordered, when do I pay?
Once you have ordered, you'll need to use paypal to pay for your order. Please paypal as soon as possible to ensure your order will be shipped promptly. Many products have limited availablity so we cannot guarantee availability unless payment is confirmed. When will I get my order?
Orders normally ship 1 working day after receipt of your paid order (sorry we don’t ship on Saturday or Sunday). Once shipped, your tracking information will be emailed to you. Please understand that there may be a delay before you are able to begin tracking your package. Also, weather conditions throughout the country may affect the delivery time.

What if my order isn't right or I have to return it?
No problem! We try to describe products as accurately as possible but sometimes we are not successful. Any item can be returned for a full refund, exchange or credit.
